How can I order?

You can order your item through this website or you can call one of our stores direct.

When can I order?

You can order through the website at any time, or you can call one of our stores direct, Monday – Saturday 9am – 5.30pm.

Which payment methods can I use to place my order online?

We use PayPal for our online payments. PayPal is the most secure online payment method. PayPal allows you to use your credit & Debit cards also.

If I don’t want to pay online, what do I do?

Give us a call and one of our store managers will be happy to help you organise payment for your product.

How will my items be delivered?

Your items will be delivered by our delivery service at the time you have pre-booked.

For Brand New Appliances, delivery time can take up to 10 working days.

Any appliances from our County Rd or Waterloo store will have a delivery charge. When ordering or purchasing from either store online you can request a call back for delivery charges. Please call us for any more information.

Will you disconnect my old appliance?

Yes we can disconnect and also take away your old *appliance*.

You will need to do a few things before we can disconnect and remove:

  • Take clothes out of washing machines, dryers.
  • Take any trays or pans that are wanted out of the cooker or oven.

Installing Appliances

We can install all our appliances we deliver. We have fully qualified gas safe registered fitters. And fully qualified electricians. Need more info? please contact us.
